I cannot recommend Tire Pros enough! From the moment I walked in with a flat tire, Michael Colonna was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. While waiting in line, I even heard another customer complimenting Michael and the business. That customer thought his engine was completely destroyed, but Michael honestly informed him it only needed a minor repair. Hearing that level of integrity instantly let me know I had found the right mechanic.Michael and his skilled team successfully repaired my damaged tire instead of forcing an expensive replacement, saving me a significant amount of money. On top of that, Michael went out of his way to ensure the work was finished well before I needed to pick up my children from school. Finding an honest, efficient mechanic is rare. Tire Pros has earned a lifelong returning customer. If you want honest pricing and exceptional service, go see Michael! Julie S

"THE" 4 wheel drive shop in Reno told me a platinum sequoia wasn't worth lifting. Literally wouldnt talk to me about it. Found a great lift online, but then nobody would touch "customer parts." Into this dark twilight land rode Clint at Reno Tire Pros. They installed my lift, helped me find a sweet set of 35's and were REALLY great about being flexible with my crazy work schedule. Everyone talks about taking care of customers. This shop did it. I'd give six stars if I could.

Went in there yesterday to get a couple of BF Goodrich tires put on to match what I already had. Clint gave me a great price and the guys knocked it out with professionalism. Kind of had to chuckle because the guys used seat, floor covers and steering wheel covers on my 16-year-old work truck that I get into every day with muddy boots and dirty hands. But that just means they have standards across the board and that's what you want in a shop. Good job guys and gals. Will definitely go back
